Meet Samuel! Samuel is a new guardian angel, ready to be appointed to a human and devote his life to protecting that person. He takes his job very seriously. On the outside, he is confident, loyal, independent, patient, compassionate…

But Samuel learns very quickly that the baby he was assigned to–a boy named Wyatt–grows up to be a reckless and disruptive child, with no regard for his own wellbeing or how his actions affect others. Samuel, on the inside, is exhausted, frustrated with his assignment, and wishing he got an easier child to protect. He is nearly fed up with Wyatt and on the verge of giving up. Even more so, Samuel is afraid of failure and messing up his job. When things take a drastic turn, Samuel must learn to dig deep and find motivation–and learn that above all, the most important gift is love. For even the most frustrating kids around, all life has value–even in the toughest moments.
