Q
Hi. I recently graduated from an animation program and am trying to break into the industry as a background designer/painter and/or illustrator. Though I feel my greatest passion lies in vis dev, I can't ignore the story worlds that develop in my head and I want to make these ideas into pitches-- hence why I'm taking this course. Unfortunately I didn't prioritize finding teammates before the class started and now I'm having little luck with the people I meet through Discord and none of my former classmates seem interested. I REALLY want to make pitches but I get worried investing time in storyboarding when I could be spending that time improving my vis dev skills. How would you recommend I approach this course given these circumstances? Or am I better off letting this go and pursuing another vis-dev or illustration project instead (or should I drop illustration too so I can just specialize in vis dev???)? I'm really struggling with this whole specialist vs. generalist thing so any advice is MUCH appreciated!
How should a vis dev artist approach this course?

This is where the description will go. It adapts to the size of the description and title, maintaining a minimum of 64px margin above and below while also maintaining a width of 80 perfect of the grid section.
