Moral of the story: Sometimes Friendship is just as powerful as love.
Story: once upon a time in the world of knights and dragons lived a lonely blue dragon called Blue. Everyday she longs to share companionship with another of her kind, but finds the rest of the dragons to be rough and brute like. One day when she was off on her own she spots a handsome knight riding to the castle, Blue instantly falls in love and follows him back to the palace unaware that she was being watched by a male dragon.
Blue reaches the castle only to discover that knights are suppose to kill dragons, and speaking with her new love interest will certainly mean death. That’s when she gets the idea to steal the princess so the knight (Lance) will have to come and rescue her alone. What Blue doesn’t know is that Lancelot, the knight, is a very rude arrogant person, who only lives to talk about himself. As he attempts to flirt with the princess, she ignores him, not liking his attitude or his violent behavior. That’s when she is kidnapped by Blue and swept off to the dragon’s den. Lancelot is quick to follow, but only because he wants the princess to love him for his heroic action.
At the dragon’s den, Blue and the Princess become friends and plot against the knight. The princess does not want to marry the knight so she volunteers to help Blue win his heart. When Lancelot comes to the cave he is shocked to find the princess ok, but the dragon with her. He does not return Blue’s love and drives her away. Which she in return flicks away his weapon and storms away, allowing for Lance to leave with the hesitant princess.
As the princess and Lance are leaving the den, Princess refuses to leave and scolds Lance for his rude behavior toward the innocent dragon. Lancelot is lost for words as he tries to figure out the cause to the princess’ anger. Behind him, sneaking up, comes the male dragon that has been fighting for Blue’s attention. The male sees Lance and the Princess and sees them as just another obstacle to get past to win Blue’s heart. Lance is unsuccessful to protect the princess as he is smacked aside by the gigantic brute. With no one to protect her, Princess is about to be eaten by the attacking dragon. Luckily Blue comes to her friends rescue and fights against the male dragon, eventually driving him off. Lance and the princess are grateful for Blue’s help, and everyone now is on better terms. And Blue finally realizes what she needed most was not a romantic relationship, but a companion and someone who will want to spend time with her, a friend.
