Final Movie Delivery with Original Soundtrack

ACT 1:

(1) Once upon a time … there is a joyful little girl named Luna.
o Luna, has red orange hair. She is growing up in an old orphanage and loves humming melodies. Her voice appears magical.
o With her melodies she soon realizes, she can bring joy and color in the life of others.
o The whistled notes are turning into yellow birds, blue-yellow cats, and purple trees.

(2) Every day … she is humming and touching her friends with her happiness and colorful melodies.

o Whenever she is happy, she can whistle beautiful colored notes, turning her surrounding into a magical world.
o This world adults cannot see; their world is grey and cold.
o Only the old lady Miss Phyllis, taking care of the orphanage, is wisely smiling. She has a cat. A blue-yellow cat, which quietly lays besides her.

(3) Until one day … the other kids making fun of Luna.
o Luna surprises to hum, but no one seems to listen. Her notes appear invisible. The other kids exclude her from playing with her.
o Luna realizes, the kids cannot hear and see her anymore, as they grow older.
o Miss Phyllis and her cat happen to hear and see her color still.
o Luna starts to doubt in herself. «What is wrong with me?»

End of Act 1 – Overlay to Act 2

ACT 2:

(4) Because of that … Luna believes she needs to adapt to fit.
o Luna is thinking, if she is stopping singing, she can hopefully join the others again, as it seems the reason for her difference.
o Once she stopped, mysterious things happen in her world. Birds become ashgrey and pale
o Leaves are starting to fall quicker than usual
o Suddenly, the yellow-blue cat looks sad and frightened.

(5) Because of that … Luna stops humming to change.

o Luna stops humming, but the others still do not play with her, which makes her so sad and forlorn. P4
o Until finally, she stopped whistling fully as she started to change her colors too.
o Miss Phyllis looks at her, realizing the change in her mood and she tried to help her – to get in touch with her, but Luna appears forlorn.

(6) Because of that … Luna is running away …
o Tears are running down her face and she decided to run away. The same moment, the yellow-blue cat left … The old lady calls after her, but she didn’t hear her anymore. She has no goal to go for, just to run as fast as she could move.
o Luna arrived some point at a hamlet, running up a cold ash-grey stairway. Ice-cold and anonymous, the village flies towards her.
o There she discovers the yellow-blue cat. She is injured at the paw, asking for help and was indeed glad to see Luna. Her fell is flickering, and the colors are wrecked.
o The cat is signalizing to go back home, after hearing the old lady calling. The cat tries to move her towards the orphanage, silently Luna follows the cat and takes her softly under her arm walking back.

End of Act 1 – Overlay to Act 2

ACT 3:

(7) Until finally … Luna arrived back at the orphanage.
o Luna take the cat back home to cure her. Her doubts remain strong.
o Then the old lady comes to her:
i. «Luna, you should sing again. Why are you so sad? There is no need to fit others’ expectations, if you are happy with it, sing»
o Luna would love to sing, but only cracked voices are coming out. She lost her voice. This makes her sadder.
o Next day, Luna did not return to bring her cat some milk and food. The cat is concerned about her missing.
o Cat jumps up on a tree and glimpses through the window, to see what´s going on with Luna.
o Cat is running to Miss Phyllis and showing her, something is wrong with Luna. Both are coming to Lunas room.
o Cat is starting to disappear. Her colors are flickering. The world of Luna turns grey. Cat realizes too, her world is dwindling and now efforts to move Luna to concentrate.
o Luna falls slightly asleep, feeling the nudge of the cats’ paws and a faraway voice of Miss Phyllis, when she saw a picture of her and her family, the school yard, laughing kids, and the yellow bird in her mind.
o This moment, a yellow bird came into the window flying straight towards Luna. She feels, some power is coming up in her and attempts to sing. A broken hum is flying into the air, until finally, her humming turns into a heartwarming melody, quietly buzzing through the space.
o The cat evolves into fireflies and an ocean of light is spreading in the room.

(8) And ever since then … Luna seems more self-confident.

o She is humming because she loves her world.
o She has accepted not to fit all groups, but found other peers
o With her joy, she can color the world of others and touch them emotionally.
