Act I

Once upon a time, there was a German Shepherd that worked in a coffee shop.

-On this day, he's late for work
-He makes it, but barely.

Everyday, he would go to work, longing for a better life.

-He goes through the regular motions of work.
-He looks out the window, bored with his life.

Until one day, he sees some dogs playing frisbee in the park, loving carefree lives.

-He sees a frisbee whizzing by, two dogs are playing, having fun.
-He goes home that day, thinking about what he saw.

Act II

Because of that, he decides to live a more carefree life, like dogs used to.
-He decides to take a day off
-He tries to relax in the park
-Work keeps calling him

Because of that, his work and his wants are in conflict.

-He eventually caves and goes back to work.
-He ends up being overwhelmed because it's a busy day.
-He shuts down on his break, head on the table, and feels depressed.

Because of that, he feels like his efforts are hopeless, and that he will only find worth in his work.

-He goes home , tired
-he lays down in bed, trying to go to sleep
-He gets up to get some water, and bumps a cabinet, where a book falls down. Curious, he reaches for it...

Act III:

-Until finally, he sees a photo album that reminds him of the joy of life.

-He picks up the album and sees memories from his childhood.
-He begins to remember why he is alive in the first place.
-He gets a call from his boss, asking to cover a shift, but he has another idea...

-And ever since then, he has been able to have a healthy balance between work and life.

-In the morning at the coffee shop, nobody is there...
-Instead, our G-Shep is relaxing, on vacation, instead of working. He is finally learning to have balance in his life.
